Admitted to practice in New Hampshire & Massachusetts

Areas of Practice:

  • Family Law
  • Child Protection
  • Civil Litigation and Appeals
  • Bankruptcy

Mike has extensive litigation experience in the arenas of family and child protection matters, as well as in general civil litigation and bankruptcy.  Mike always aims to craft a legal strategy that is both winning and cost-effective.

Mike has a background that is different than most.  After twenty years in the broadcast meteorology industry, he made the leap into law several years ago, first balancing law school with a television career, and then balancing the formative stages of a law career in New Hampshire with a TV job in Connecticut.   As a full-time attorney now, this past experience gives him an edge in using logic and reason to get results, and razor-sharp skill at presenting his client’s cases to the Court.

As a Family Law and Child Protection Attorney…

Mike helps clients navigate the Court system when their family life has become contentious and complicated.  Mike guides his clients toward solutions that best protect the family and that are the most cost-effective for the client.

As a Civil Litigation and Appeals Attorney…

With cost versus benefit always in mind, Mike advocates for his client in every step of the way during the litigation process.  When his client faces an appeal, Mike dives deep into the research to craft ironclad arguments, aimed at defending his client’s legal position.

As a Bankruptcy Attorney…

Working alongside Attorney Terrie Harman, Mike works at solving complicated legal questions that arise during the life of clients’ bankruptcy cases.

Education:

  • J.D., Western New England University School of Law, 2016
  • M.S., Atmospheric Sciences, Cornell University, 2000
  • B.S., Meteorology and Mathematics, Lyndon State College, 1997
