The National Association of Property Tax Attorneys is a nonprofit organization of ad valorem tax and property tax attorneys throughout the United States who are committed to increasing awareness and understanding about property tax issues, educating the public about this specialized area of law and uniting competent tax specialists throughout the United States. Recent speakers at NAPTA events have included Peter F. Korpacz, creator of the Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey (now known as the PwC Real Estate Investor Survey), David Lennhoff of SC&H Appraisal Services, LLC and principal creator of The Appraisal Institute’s course on separating personal property from real property, and Phil Ting, Assessor for the City of San Francisco (currently a member of California State Assembly).
