Scenic Roads
(RSA 231:157-158)
Scenic Roads, are special town designations of Class IV, V and VI highways where cutting or removal of a tree, or disturbance of a stone wall, must go through a hearing process and written approval of local officials. The designation otherwise has minimal effect on the legal status of the road.
